About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative functions within our growing, medium-sized organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a generalist background who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date, legally compliant, and well-communicated.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations and disciplinary issues.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Lead performance appraisal and career development processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts with fairness and discretion.
  • Oversee office administration functions including facilities management, supplies, and vendor contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations in the workplace.
  • Support logistics for internal events, meetings, and office requirements.
  • Maintain administrative systems to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/generalist role.
  • Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in administrative and facility management is a strong advantage
